It all begins with a phone call or an email. I love hearing about your hopes for your project, and our first conversation is a great opportunity to get to know one another. Some clients come with a house plan already in mind; others have a lot or property and need help determining what they can build. Either way, I work closely with you to develop a home that truly fits your lifestyle.

During the design phase, we collaborate to create a solid house plan along with the general building specifications. Once these are complete, I can prepare a detailed budget. After contracts are signed and the schedule is set, the plans are submitted for permitting.

One of my specialties is creating a well-organized, streamlined schedule tailored to the custom elements of your home. A strong schedule is key. Depending on the complexity of the project, construction typically takes between 4–6 months.

Throughout the process—and always with plenty of notice—clients make their final selections with the help of trusted suppliers and subcontractors. Change orders are issued as needed to reflect the most current specifications and transparent, upfront pricing.
